General Competition Rules

These are the General Competition Rules that govern the relationship between you and us when you enter our  competition.  By participating in our Competitions, you agree to be bound by these General Competition Rules (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice) our decisions are final in all matters relating to the Competition.

 1. OUR DETAILS
“We”, “us” and “our” means Wirral Egg Run Charity Reg No 1124006, our principle place of business is c/o 47 Seaview Rd Wallasey, Merseyside, CH45 4QW. Any questions should be made in writing to this address

2. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

 We may need to make changes to these terms in future.. We will try to keep all such changes to a minimum. We recommend that you check these terms from time to time to see if they have changed. We will always state at the bottom of these terms the date on which they were last updated.

 If you continue to enter Competitions after our terms change you will be bound by those changes.

 3. Mechanics for entry

 Costs to enter the competition will be £ 1.00 plus your normal network charge for one text message you should seek the permission of the person paying the bill before entering. Or by purchasing a ticket at one of our partner retailers or our promotional activities during the time of the competition.

 The start date will Be Thursday 1^st December 2011 and the closing date of  29^th February 2012 .

 The winner will be drawn at random  on Saturday 3^rd of  March 2012

 You may only enter the Competition if you are a resident of the UK and aged 16 or over

 You may not enter the Competition if you are a trustee for the charity, a member of the organising team, or direct family, any Competition sponsors, prize providers, co-promoters or their group or affiliate companies or any other person professionally connected with the Competition.

 You may enter as many times as you like

 The winner will be notified by telephone as soon as possible after the Competition draw and may receive subsequent written confirmation and full details of the Prize.

In the event that we cannot for any reason contact the winner within a reasonable period of time from the Prize draw, we reserve the right to draw another winner.

Our decision is final with respect to any aspect of the competition, including the determination of any winner(s) of a Prize and no correspondence will be entered into.

 The names of the winner can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Wirral Egg Run, c/o 47 Seaview rd, Wallalsey y, CH45 4QW (specifying the Competition) for one (1) month after the Competition closes.

 4. Prizes

 A Brand new Baotian Speedy 50cc Moped, CBT if Required, Road tax, Helmet, Jacket, Gloves and the opportunity to lead the 2012 Wirral Egg Run on April 1^st 2012

The receipt, by any winner, of any of the Prize components is conditional upon compliance by the winner with any and all relevant laws, rules and regulations as well as these General Competition Rules. The winner is solely responsible for all insurance, applicable taxes and for any expenses or costs not specified in the Prize description.

 No cash alternative will be offered. Arrangements for the fulfillment of Prizes will be made by us. If due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to provide any stated Prize(s), we reserve the right to award a substitute Prize of equal value. All Prizes are subject to the additional terms and conditions of the manufacturer or supplier.

 The winner agrees that Wirral Egg Run Charity Reg No 1124006 their affiliates and any other sponsors and Prize providers shall have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of any of the Prizes awarded in the Competition. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant and/or winner at our absolute discretion.
